We are the National Holiday & Home Parks Alliance Ltd and we were formed to become a hub to benefit all Park Owners which in turn should assist their residents and customers and the Park Industry as a whole.

Collection, use and disclosure of personal data

The NHHPA is the ‘controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. We aim to take the minimum amount of personal data as possible such as your name, postal address, telephone number, email address and your bank details if you are supporting us financially and we take our duty to process your personal data very seriously.  We collect, store and use your personal data for legitimate business purposes and services, from ourselves and other parties which may be of assistance to you such as registration, information updates, available services, purchases, editorials and feedback. On other occasions, we may process personal data to fulfil a contract (for example, if you have purchased something) or where we are required to do this by law or other regulations.

NHHPA also processes your data when it is in our legitimate interests to do this and when these interests do not override your rights.

    • Providing information and updates via ourselves and third parties.

  • Delivering substantially reduced subscriptions when compared to similar organisations.

We will process the personal information you have supplied to us to conduct and manage our business and enable us to give you access to information, service and products securely.

    •  Ordering online: To process an order, payment needs to be taken and contact information collected, such as name, address and telephone number and we need to record the transaction.
